Now entering our seventh summer at Hailey Ice, we're looking forward to bringing top coaches from both the men’s and women’s game at the prep, junior, NCAA and pro/NHL levels to develop players both on and off the ice.

​

On-ice training will utilize our progressive approach to skating and skill dynamics to improve each player's abilities during the week-long program. Each day will consist of a full session dedicated to our skating and skill development system with program directors Toby O'Brien, Matt Bertani, and Chad O’Brien. The second daily session will be conducted by our staff of elite-level coaches on the fundamentals of the game and team play.

 

Our specialized goaltending program will allow our coaching staff to work in a small group dynamic for one hour each day on the latest skating, skill, and technical aspects of the position. The second hour will incorporate our goaltenders into the rest of the practice and drills, giving them the best of both worlds —a small group/goalie school format, followed by utilizing those skills in a full team practice.

A full off-ice fitness and hockey IQ program will be implemented as well as video analysis of each player to assist in the learning process. Finally, families are welcome to participate in an educational segment about opportunities in the game.
