OverSpeed Hockey’s trademark Advanced Skating program is coming to Idaho Falls and we're looking forward to getting on the ice! This three-day camp (Friday evening, Saturday morning, Sunday morning) will focus primarily on technical skating development with additional emphasis on combining skating with proper skill work.

On Friday and Saturday, we will focus on the details and mechanics of your skating stride, giving you the tools to carry into your season and become a better skater and player. We'll show you how your body and body control impacts your skating stride — the “why” of skating. On Saturday, we'll include a “goalie-only power hour” and on Sunday, we'll tie it all together with our players and goaltenders and put what we have worked on to the test.
