Utilizing our staff's decades of expertise at every level of the game — including youth, junior, college, international, and pro hockey — our 360° advising program provides complete guidance as you look to the future. 

Led by Program Director Toby O’Brien (24 years pro hockey/NHL experience) and Associate Program Director Matt Bertani (13 years of pro hockey/NHL experience) we focus on the entire development process on an individual basis. Janine Weber, a veteran of 10 IIHF World Championships and an original member of the NWHL, heads up our women’s program.

Our approach combines on-ice development, individual consultations, video coaching, one-on-one ice sessions, and planning/placement assistance for players who are looking for more.
